The Water Bug was founded by my mother Inge Englehart and her partner Eldon Tomlinson in 1992. Inge always wanted to help people help themselves and so the Water Bug came to be. Sadly, Inge passed away in 1995 but the store continues to be family owned and operated by myself (Natalie Holmes) and long time friend Germaine Bettridge.  Together, along with our  knowledgable staff, we are committed to keeping her dream alive. OUR STAFF

All of our staff are Registered Nutritional Products Advisors.  We are also very fortunate to have staff members that are Certified in Applied and Holistic Nutrition as well as a Chartered Herbalist and Certified Fitness Trainer.

We will ship anywhere in North America and all orders will be shipped within 2 business days. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and money orders.  We do not accept C.O.D. or personal cheques.

All United States orders will be charged a flat shipping fee of $15.00 cdn (size and weight restrictions apply).  All orders to U.S. destinations are shipped Canada Post – Expedited which typically ships within 7 - 14 business days.

United States shipping charges do not include any additional tariffs or fees that may be incurred. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer.
